An invitation letter for visa purposes is available for delegates who have confirmed and paid their registration in full.
Please complete the form to request an invitation letter for the UCPSS 2025 conference.
The letter is intended to help delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply the UCPSS 2025 conference will provide financial support.

We invite you to check with your local embassy regarding what sort of documents are necessary, as this may differ between delegates from the same country.
