Local commute to the symposium venue
Conference Venue

Address: Celestijnenlaan 200H
3001 Heverlee
Belgium
The symposium venue is located in the KULeuven Arenberg III campus in Heverlee, at approx. 5 km from downtown Leuven.
Walking would take more than one hour. Since the sessions will start strictly on time, walking in the morning is not recommended. In the evening with more time available and if the weather allows one could try to walk back to downtown Leuven.
In the morning we recommend to choose one of the following 4 options for commuting:
A) Public Bus Transportation
The Flanders public bus transportation operator “De Lijn” (white coaches with a yellow banner on the side) provide a regular service in and around Leuven.
YOU NEED TO HAVE A TICKET & PAYED PRIOR TO BOARDING.
You need to enter at the front door and while boarding show a proof of your payment (ticket or mobile phone) to the driver.
A one Journey Ticket costs 3 Euro. You can buy it in advance (an unused ticket remains valid for 1 year).
You can buy it online or in a real sales point: Tickets – De Lijn
